*Family Readiness Group

During non-deployment times,  they  try to make everyone aware of all the services and classes available that can give them self-reliance and independence (e.g., parenting classes, financial management classes). They step in during an emergency and help with babysitting and bring meals. Right now they're planning the unit Christmas party for families. Probably, the most important function is just information flow. They make sure that all the families in the unit know what is going on.
